Attis Lignin can be used to manufacture 100% carbon fiber precursor for use in a wide range of carbon fiber applications. Due to carbon fiber’s high strength to weight ratio, it has attracted interest from the aerospace, automotive and other high-performance markets.

Despite growing demand, the high cost to manufacture carbon fiber material has contributed to slow adoption in commercial applications. Attis can leverage its proprietary biomass process technologies to create a viable, biobased replacement for existing carbon fiber materials.
